Mattu University established in 2011, is located 600 KM from the Capital City Addis Ababa serving students across diverse colleges including, Agriculture and Natural Sciences, Health Sciences, Education, Economics, Social Sciences, Engineering, and Education. Mattu University recently finalized infrastructure of the Public Library and Cultural Study Centre and is currently facing critical constrain in resources (books, computers) to effectively serve the growing demand from students and the wider community.
This container will support the need for:

STEM: Science, engineering, and technology
Life Sciences: Agriculture and Health Sciences
Humanities: Education, Economics, and Social Sciences
Literacy: English language learning materials for both the university and community use.

Mattu University, guided by its motto " We are dedicated to serving our community!" actively engages in diverse community service iniatives. Your support of this project will contribute to improving educational outcomes and long-term social economic development in this region. The donated material will enhance learning opportunities for rural students and out-of-school youth, support girls' education and promote gender equality, strengthening local schools through shared access to resources, and foster a reading culture within the wider community. Mattu University strives to achieve its vision by 2030, leveraging regional resources and values to serve communities effectively.
