River Gee County Association in the Americas (RIGCAA) goal is to provide educational materials (books and technology) to underprivileged children to improve literacy and reduce the illiteracy gap in the county. Literacy is a basic human right and no one should be denied of learning despite economical and/or geographical settling. There is a need to improve literacy to achieve the higher goal to meet the demand for education for children and adults. Different groups that will benefit from the donated books are three (3) secondary schools, five (5) middle schools, few elementary schools and one public library will benefit from the books supply.

River Gee County is located in the Southeastern region of Liberian, a land locked county with a population of little over 66,700 is not easily accessible by roads during raining season. Fourteen (14) years of brutal civil war in Liberia had drained the educational system of the county and nation. The most affected are the youth who desperately need the power of learning and affordable education through the availability of books and technology. The donated books to this deplorable county with broken educational system will afford the underprivilege and community learn and improve their lifeline skill. The books are needed to assist school children, teachers and the community have access to knowledge that would improve their way of living and better their future.
