Volunteer at the BFA Warehouse in Georgia

At BFA’s warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia, volunteers sort, catalog, and pack the books according to category and age level. No heavy lifting is involved. Volunteers should be at least 12 years old.

Volunteers give two or more hours of their time and meet on:

• Every Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• First and third Saturdays of every month from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

If you are interested in volunteering at the Georgia warehouse, please e-mail Deb at deb@booksforafrica.org with the date, time, and number of volunteers. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a map to the warehouse.

Groups of 60 or more should call ahead (404-603-8680) to schedule a time to volunteer.
